Introduction

The introductory section should encompass many key components in a certain order. These components include providing a general context, doing a comprehensive assessment of existing literature (often referred to as the state of the art), using this review as a foundation to establish the scientific novelty of the article, presenting a clear declaration of scientific uniqueness, and finally, articulating the research topic or hypothesis. The conclusion of the introductory section necessitates the inclusion of a clear statement outlining the objective of the study presented in the paper. In the context of scientific articles, it is important to note that literature reviews are not typically included as part of the study report. Instead, they are conducted in the form of a comprehensive evaluation of existing literature, sometimes referred to as the "state of the art." This serves the purpose of highlighting the scientific uniqueness and originality of the article.

The opening section of the research paper also encompasses the methodologies employed for addressing research inquiries, without being presented as a distinct sub-chapter.

Results and Discussion

The section of results and discussion encompasses the presentation and analysis of research findings, as well as the subsequent discussion of these findings. The findings derived from the results of the conducted research should be documented and substantiated with sufficient empirical evidence. The study outcomes and discoveries should possess the capacity to address the research inquiries or hypotheses stated in the introduction.

Closing

The concluding section encompasses both last remarks and recommendations. Conclusions serve to articulate the outcomes of the hypothesis, study aims, or data acquired. The conclusion section does not reiterate the results and discussion; instead, it provides a concise overview of the findings, aligning with the purpose or hypothesis of the study. The following recommendations outline proposed actions to be undertaken in relation to the advancement of concepts derived from the research.

Bibliography

It is essential to include all cited sources inside the body of the essay in the Bibliography section. The bibliography should consist primarily of references derived from original sources, specifically scientific journals, comprising at least 80% of the overall bibliography. These primary sources should have been published within the past decade. Each article is required to include a minimum of ten references.

When compiling a bibliography, it is recommended to utilize a reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, or similar applications. The prescribed bibliographic writing format employed in SALSABIL: Journal of Sharia and Economic Law adheres to the guidelines outlined in the Chicago Style format. The citation method employed in this study utilizes a system of footnotes.
